Our Mission
40 Tons is bringing together the top corporations and organizations seeking to connect with diverse, top talent in the BIPOC community. We host curated career conferences across the US that combine employment, education, and expungement for those marginalized by the war on drugs.
We collaborate with companies to want to transform the BIPOC hiring landscape industry. We do this through diverse hiring practices that create inclusive work cultures to bring about social equity.
Our vision is to create over 40 Tons of new employment opportunities to employ over 80,000 BIPOC consumers by 2026.
